I would like items in my order to ship two different addresses, is this possible?

In order for us to ship to more than one location you would need to purchase the items as separate orders. As long as there is at least one "free shipping" item in each order, both orders will ship for free within the U.S.

Your prices are very low, is this real sterling silver or silver plated?

Our fine jewelry IS sterling silver 925, solid sterling. We do NOT offer silver plate in our fine jewelry, only in our "Aloha" sections which tend to be under $10. Each item has a description which includes the materials used.

Where are you located?

We are local here in Hawaii where we dive and snorkel for many of the shells we use in our jewelry ✿◠‿◠

What is your shipping time frame?

We typically ship orders out 2-5 business days after receiving a paid order.

How do you offer such low prices?

We are a small honest family business who believes in a tiny profit on tons of happy customers! We know that if we have happy customers, they will buy again and tell their friends. We feel good about what we do and we want our customers to feel good about their purchases ✿◠‿◠

Do you offer other length necklaces?

Yes, please choose one of the many chain options offered for your pendants. Most chains fit the pendants. We will let you know if you have chose a chain that does not fit your pendant.

What is vermeil?

Vermeil is solid sterling silver with a layer of gold or pink gold on top. This allows us to sell a quality product with the look of gold or pink gold at the price of sterling. We have a lot of wonderful information on various metals if you click HERE

I saw an item similar to yours on another site, why should I buy from you?

We try very hard to have the best prices but we know there is more than that to a good business. We offer free upgraded ear wires on most of our fine jewelry earrings (most of these we make ourselves) and also we offer optional custom made chains (necklaces) to go with most pendants. We take pride in our business and look forward to helping you!

No, we do NOT believe in charging "handling fees"... we want happy customers and we know what it feels like to see "handling fees" and we don't like them either so we don't charge them! ✿◠‿◠

Can you show me how to use my adjustable necklace?

1. Choose desired length
2. Hold link tightly (important!) and slide clasp into desired link
3. If clasp ever becomes loose, simply pinch a little
4. That's it! Like riding a bike, a little practice and it becomes super easy!
