Return Policy

All sales are final. We are happy to exchange most non-custom rings and bangles for other sizes, but the customer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. Items to be exchanged must be in new and salable condition and it is Living Aloha Creations discretion to decide if the item appears used or not the correct item. 

Exceptions (within 10 days of order):

Defective Item – Please first send us a close up picture or short video of the item which you believe to be defective, as well as all packaging. Also please include a short written explanation of what you feel is defective as well as a copy of your order to shop@livingalohacreations.com. If Living Aloha Creations determines that it does appear to be defective, then we will happily consider an exchange for an identical item. Once Living Aloha Creations has received the item and determined that it is defective and was not damaged due to shipping or misuse, then we will happily exchange for an identical item. The customer pays to ship the item back to Living Aloha Creations. Living Aloha Creations will pay to ship the replacement item back to the customer if it is determined that it was a defective item per Living Aloha Creations guidelines. Living Aloha Creations may also choose to refund the shipping costs the customer paid to return the item for inspection at our discretion.  Any damage or loss caused during shipping needs to be addressed as a claim to the post office by the customer. Please be sure to purchase enough insurance. The first $50 is included with your shipping if you choose faster shipping/flat rate at checkout.

Wrong Item – Please first send us a close up picture or short video of the item which you believe to be the wrong item, as well as all packaging. Also please include a short written explanation of why you feel this is the incorrect item as well as a copy of your order to shop@livingalohacreations.com. If Living Aloha Creations determines that it does appear to be the wrong item and is a mistake that we made, then we will happily exchange the incorrect item for the correct one. Once Living Aloha Creations has received the item and has determined that it is indeed our mistake, we will happily send you the correct item. The customer pays to ship the item back to Living Aloha Creations. Living Aloha Creations will pay to ship the replacement item back to the customer if it is determined that it was Living Aloha Creations mistake. Living Aloha Creations may also choose to refund the shipping costs the customer paid to return the item for inspection at our discretion.  Any damage or loss caused during shipping needs to be addressed as a claim to the post office by the customer. * Please do not return any items until approved by Living Aloha Creations or your shipping fees may not be refunded. We reserved the right to exchange items only when Living Aloha Creations has approved the exchange and had the opportunity to examine the product in person. Any item returned to Living Aloha Creations that is not defective as determined by Living Aloha Creations or the wrong item as determined by Living Aloha Creations will be returned to the customer who will be responsible for all shipping fees. The shipping fees for the returned merchandise needs to be paid by the customer prior to the items being returned to the customer. The customer will forfeit the returned item if return shipping is not paid by the customer within 30 days of Living Aloha Creations replying. Living Aloha Creations is NOT responsible for emails that the customer does not receive. We urge you to stay in contact and to add us to your contacts list to help avoid our emails going to your spam. Unfortunately we can not be held liable for emails that your system sends to spam. * Why is your return policy so strict?

  • Living Aloha Creations does everything within our power to keep our prices as low as possible for our customers. We actually take a loss on our shipping costs more often than not (time, packaging supplies and gas) and choose to have our profit margin extremely low in order to offer the best prices to our customers. We work very hard supplying you with the best product possible… In order to keep our prices this low we are unable to accept returns and /or exchanges unless we have made a mistake, in which case we will happily assume the cost of shipping as a loss to us.
